- The contest is open to children and young adults residing in Sarasota County and surrounding areas and winners will be drawn from the entries of the contestants who score the highest on the quiz and/or submit a book review. Contestants may do both.

- It is highly recommended that entrants read the book and watch the movie before taking the quiz as there will be questions about both. Also, book reviews must contain information about both the book and the movie.
